The Double Boiler feature is unique and is perfect for people who are passionate about cooking and want to create delicate sauces. Set the temperature using the adjustable dial, add the ingredients to the double boiler and position it inside the kettle for the desired time. You can also gently melt ingredients such as chocolate and butter in the double boiler, using it in a similar way to a bain-marie. There is also a keep warm function so that once your water has reached the desired temperature you can keep it there for up to 30 minutes.
